Affiliate Agreement

This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between [Your Name/Company] (“Affiliate”)

and

Body Religion Limited, a company with registered office 140, 30 Red Lion Street, Richmond London
TW9 1RB and registered in England and Wales (no. 9977560) and its subsidiary STiMUL-i Mobile
Application , collectively referred to as the “Parties”, for the purpose of establishing terms and conditions
for the Affiliate’s participation in the affiliate program of the STiMUL-i Application (“Application”).

1. Affiliate Responsibilities:
a. Affiliate shall promote the Application to potential users.
b. Affiliate shall generate revenue by encouraging new users to sign up for the Application using
their unique discount code provided by the Company.
c. Affiliate shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their promotional activities.
2. Commission:
a. For each new user referred by the Affiliate who signs up for the Application using the Affiliate’s
discount code, the Affiliate shall receive a commission of 28% from the total purchase amount
made by that user.
b. Commissions will be paid monthly via the Affiliate’s preferred account.
3. Duration:
The term of this Agreement shall be effective from the date of acceptance by the Affiliate and shall
continue until terminated by either Party with [Notice Period] prior written notice.
4. Intellectual Property:
a. The Company retains all rights, title, and interest in the Application, including but not limited to
copyrights, trademarks, and patents.
b. Affiliate may use the Company’s promotional materials and trademarks solely for the purpose of
promoting the Application during the term of this Agreement.
5. Confidentiality:
Both Parties agree to keep any confidential information obtained during the course of this
Agreement confidential and shall not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.
6. Termination:
Either Party may terminate this Agreement for convenience or in the event of a material breach by
the other Party.
By accepting this Agreement, Affiliate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree
to be bound by its terms and conditions.
7. The acceptance of this agreement requires a nominal administration fee of a subscription Annually
